How do I post in the community without using my real name?

Use a pen name that won’t identify your real name. To do this, go to your profile in the community and edit your username.

I have an idea for a workshop (etc), who should I speak with?

We’d love to hear your ideas and recommendations for guest speakers to provide valuable resources for our community. Shoot us an email at support@techmomcollective.com 

Can I get one-on-one help and support?

You have many options here. You can you ask questions and get advice, support and feedback any time from within our community, but we also run monthly Mom Hours where we do live Q&A and deep dive on topics specific to tech moms.

On top of that, you get a 30% discounted rate for 1-on-1 coaching sessions with me (Chas) if you need the extra support. My typical coaching rate is $90 per 30 minutes or $175 per hour, but a 30% discounted membership rate brings that to $60 per 30 minutes or $120/hour. Will my membership subscription price go up?

Once you lock in at your rate, your monthly subscription price will never go up. From time to time, we do raise the price of the membership, but rest assured, so long as you renew, you’ll stay at the rate you signed up with.

Is all of the content available straight away or is it drip released?

You’ll see lessons and content already posted in the membership and have access to those straight away. Additionally, we will drop new courses aligned to the success path each month, so you’ll have access to those as they become available. We regularly update and add new material too other than courses – so your content library will continue growing with audio files, checklists, processes, tools, quick wins, and workshops.

Can I upgrade to an annual membership later?

You sure can! You can upgrade to annual membership any time with a couple of clicks from your Account page. Our system will automatically take into account the time left on your current subscription, so you’ll never be double charged either. However, you cannot upgrade to the lifetime license as that’s only being offered one time to founding members.

What happens if I decide to cancel my membership?

Obviously we’d love it if all of our members stuck around forever – but we know that’s not always the case especially with a changing economic environment. So, if you decide to cancel, we’ll be sad to see you go, but you can do so in just 2-clicks by visiting the Account page.

Can I access the content in Tech Mom Collective if I cancel?

No. Your membership entitles you to enter the members area and access to the content and community during the duration of your membership. If you cancel or do not renew your membership, you will no longer be able to access content or the community.

Can I request a refund?

We hope you LOVE Tech Mom Collective, however, if for whatever reason you’re not 100% satisfied in any way, we have a 7-day money back guarantee (no questions asked). Simply shoot us an email to support@techmomcollective.com and we will refund your payment if we receive the request within the first 7 days of your membership.
